Job Description: We are seeking a Landscape Designer / Project Architect with 5+ years of experience to manage projects from concept through construction. You will develop design packages, produce construction documents, manage bidding, and oversee on-site construction observation.

A strong proficiency in AutoCAD and clear communication skills with clients, contractors, and consultants are required. Because of our location, a true passion for plants and the outdoors is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts, master plans, and planting plans.

  • Produce complete construction document sets using AutoCAD.

  • Manage project bidding, contractor coordination, and site observation.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and project partners.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture or design.

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture (BSLA/BLA/MLA) or related field.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with 3D modeling/Adobe Suite is a plus.

  • Proven track record in construction documentation and site observation.
