Located on Warren’s historic wharf, CHOMP Kitchen and Drinks Garden transforms an underutilized gravel lot into a vibrant public landscape that blurs boundaries between restaurant, street, and wharf. Two connected outdoor rooms, a lively beer garden and a tranquil waterfront terrace, celebrate New England’s material heritage through reclaimed granite, brick, and bluestone. Framed by coastal plantings, the project fosters community connection, ecological resilience, and a renewed sense of place along the town’s working waterfront.
